Good architecture will always be beautiful, exhibit the wise use of materials and energy, be responsive to its site and time and be expressive of its owners needs and budget.

For most of my clients, hiring an Architect is a once in a lifetime experience. It is my goal to provide a level of service so that when the project is completed they will look forward to repeating the experience in the future. To that end, I have structured my practice as a one man office. This enables me to be the clients single contact person, I attend all meetings, produce the design and the construction documents and personally see the project through construction.

My practice consists of new custom homes, remodels and additions and commercial tenant improvements. I love working on old or historic buildings and I have been practicing what we now call green architecture since I opened my office in 1980.
